Age spots actually have little to do with your age. According to dermatologist Eileen Lambroza, MD they’re actually created by sun exposure. If you frequently tan, you’re putting yourself at risk for more age spots! Try using a hand cream that contains SPF 30 to keep your hands guarded against sun damage.

Dry hands are not only unappealing, they’re painful and itchy! If your hands are dry and irritated, you’re probably not moisturizing them enough. Hydrating your skin is crucial to keeping them soft and smooth, giving them a younger look. Try using hand cream multiple times a day to keep your hands moisturized and hydrated.

That black nail polish may look nice, but it’s not doing any good to your natural nails. Wearing dark nail polish can actually stain your nails, making them discolored and unhealthy looking.
