The trendy Selfridge’s London is selling a bottle of Azature nail polish, prices at $267,280 or 160,000 British pounds. The reason for the steep price? There are a whopping 267 carats worth of black diamonds within the nail polish. In addition to the glittery and pricey nail polish, the product includes a handmade platinum sterling cap bottle covered with 60 handset black diamonds. So when the nail polish is all gone you still have something special and valuable to remember it by. This nail polish was introduced back in 2012, when it was the only one of its kind, causing it to demand such a high price.
More Affordable Nail Polish
Though this nail polish might be suitable for the woman who has everything she can possibly want and still wants to dazzle, it is not quite affordable for your average person. Therefore, Azature has also come with a less expensive version of the nail polish. Each bottle of polish only includes one black diamond.
Other Expensive Nail Polish
Azature may have taken the cake with its black diamond nail polish but there is some fierce competition out there in terms of price, creativity, and looks. Before Azature came out with its mind-blowing nail polish, Models Own’s” Gold Rush Couture Nail Polish” had the title of most expensive nail polish. It costs $130,000 and is popular among the celebrities. It comes in a bottle with a diamond-encrusted cap totaling 1,118 diamonds. Next on the list is “I Do” by Ellie Cosmetics. The $55,000 nail polish is made out of platinum powder. The first edition of this nail polish was stored in limited edition bottles made from pure platinum. Last but not least is “A Night to Remember” by Red Carpet Manicure. This polish costs $1,000 and contains four carats worth of diamonds.
