  • 2 cups shredded colby jack cheese, divided

Much like everyone's favorite green bean casserole, our baked corn casserole is super easy to make!

First you are going to preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 2 and ½ quart baking dish or casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set it aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream style corn, unsalted melted butter, eggs, sour cream, Jiffy corn muffin mix and 1-½ cups of the shredded cheese.

Mix these Paula Deen Corn Casserole ingredients together well and then pour the mixture into your prepared pan.
