  • 1 container dairy-free just like feta cheese about 8 oz
  • 1 container dairy-free cream cheese about 7 oz
  • 1 package dairy-free parmesan style cheese about 4-5 oz block or 2 1/4 cups shredded
  • 1/2 cup milk substitutes
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream solid part
  • 1/2 cup Farr Better Butter
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dried chopped onion flakes
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper ground
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg ground

Additional Ingredient Options

  • 2 cups mushrooms chopped
  • 1 cup asparagus chopped
  • 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes chopped

Instructions

  • In a medium-size non-stick saucepan on medium heat, add all ingredients. Stir occasionally for about 15 minutes until melted together completely. Can use a whisk to make it creamy and well blended.

  • Other ingredient ideas to add to the sauce: sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, asparagus.

  • NOTE: Avoid bringing to a boil as the sauce becomes very runny.

    After choosing your veggie burger, use a Non-Stick Frypan/Skillet on medium-high heat. Cook the veggie burger 5-10 minutes using your Veggie Burger Chopper to chop into the crumbles.
